CannaKPI isn't another dashboard that hands you a generic AI opinion. It's built around your own standard operating procedures, so it fits the way an experienced cultivation team already works.
There's a lot of software marketed at cultivation facilities right now. Worth being clear about where CannaKPI actually fits.
We don't run your compliance reporting, seed-to-sale tracking, or day-to-day operations. That job is already done well by other software -- CannaKPI isn't trying to replace it.
We don't just tell you what your yield was. A harvest total is the end of the story -- CannaKPI is built to explain why it turned out that way.
We don't use AI to tell you how to grow. No two facilities are the same, and no two growers run the same formula -- CannaKPI works with your standards, not an algorithm's opinion of them.
We don't ask you to rip out your climate controllers or sensors. Whether you're running Trolmaster, Pulse, Argus, Growlink, or something else entirely, CannaKPI plugs in on top of what you already have -- no new hardware, no six-figure integration, no downtime.
We respect the experience you already have. CannaKPI just gives you one place to follow the trail -- from a reading, to a score, to the reason your outcome turned out the way it did.
Most cultivation teams end up with a spreadsheet nobody but one person can really use -- and it breaks the moment that person is out. CannaKPI replaces it with a straightforward daily workflow anyone on the team can pick up.
A harvest report tells you what you ended up with. It doesn't tell you why. CannaKPI tracks environmental data, irrigation, and grower notes across the whole cycle, so when a result is off, you can trace it back to what actually happened.
You shouldn't have to comb through rows of daily logs to figure out what went wrong. On-demand AI analysis reads the cycle's data for you and surfaces what's worth investigating -- so the digging is already done by the time you look.
You set the Min, Target, and Max range for every metric, every week of the cycle -- based on your own SOPs, not a one-size-fits-all default. CannaKPI scores every reading against that, so what counts as "good" is defined by you, not by a generic AI's opinion of what "good" should be.
Who's Behind CannaKPI
CannaKPI wasn't built by a software team guessing at what growers need. It comes out of 6 years in the legal cannabis industry and 15 years in the market before that, across facilities ranging from 2,000 to 400,000 square feet -- working as a Cultivation Manager and Post-Harvest Manager, and managing dispensary operations as well. Ten years spent scaling a property management company before that shaped how this is built to actually run at scale, not just look good in a demo.
I built CannaKPI because I lived the spreadsheet problem myself, on real cultivation floors, and knew there had to be a better way to actually understand why a cycle turned out the way it did.
Bring your Min/Target/Max ranges and your own data -- not a generic demo.
